DO's & DON'T's
Do drink a shot of apple cidar vinegar daily.
Do use extra virgin olive oil for cooking and baking.
Do switch to honey, agave, stevia, etc. for sugar substitutes.
Don't buy herbs, spices or any food that is labeled irradiated.
Don't drink juices made from concentrates.
Don't reheat coffee.
Don't drink diet soda (or any soda for that matter).
Don't use fat-free or sugar-free.
Don't cook with teflon-coated cookware.
